One of the most important aspects of a
software purchase is the support you get with it. DesignerLogic
was created to be intuitive, with an easy learning curve, but if
questions come up we have the resources you need.
We install the program on your computer(s)
via Citrix remote tech support software. You don't have to figure
everything out on your own. During this process you will be shown
where the data file is kept and how to back it up. If you are
using multiple workstations over a network we clarify how each
station is linked to the single data file, and where it is
located.
One personal instruction
session comes with the installation. Video tutorials are added
every week as well.
Your purchase includes 2 months of
tech support via Citrix Remote Assist and phone. After your initial 2 months is over the
yearly tech support contract fee applies.
The Tech Support Contract includes:
• issues related directly to the
version of DesignerLogic you purchased
• support by phone
and Citrix
• unlimited support by email
The Tech Support Contract does NOT include:
• network or OS issues that
affect DesignerLogic (your network IT pro handles your network)
•
modifications to DesignerLogic
• extra training or retraining
• support for the
Quickbooks
